Anxiety & Chest Pain:

Chest pain is described as a heaviness, pressure, or discomfort in the chest. It may be possible to diminish the chest pain from anxiety with deep breathing exercises or a massage. When faced with unexpected chest pain, it is normal for people to fear the worst.

Difficulty in Swallowing things sometimes, anxiety causes the muscles in the throat to contract making the patient feel as he is unable to breathe or swallow.
